I wud like to recommend to Mayor & Congressman Radaza & d Lapulapu City officials to visit d town of Ginatilan, Cebu. This is a 5th class Municipality, 136 kms south of Cebu City. The town is like a very big subdivision, all roads are cemented with canal drainage on each side of d cemented roads. The farm-to-market roads r asphalted. Limpyo kaayo tan-awon ang lungsod nga maayo ug karsada ug drainage. Unlike Lapulapu City, this 5th Class Municipality of Ginatilan is well-managed by d town administrators.
